Prof. Dr.-Ing. Sabrina Zellmer, Deputy Institute Director at Fraunhofer IST, contributed the perspective of Wasserstoff Campus Salzgitter at the Transformation Dialogue of the Lower Saxony State Representation – where low-CO₂ industry and mobility are already being implemented today.

A highlight at the Campus: the automated production of PEM fuel cell stacks aimed at industrial-scale application. In addition, research is being conducted on the system integration of hydrogen applications into factory systems.

Fraunhofer IST supports the research activities at the Campus from a scientific perspective and manages the association’s office.
